We are very excited to announce that we have two new roles in the clinic: Director of Clinical Operations and Director of Clinical Services. Business is growing and we’ve had time to delve deeper into each team member’s strengths and gifts. After reflection and analysis, it is time to split the previous Clinical Director role into two new Director roles.
Director of Clinical Operations
Ali Lubbers PT, DPT is now the Director of Clinical Operations. She is great at noticing when things are outside of compliance. Ali is a true whiz at assuring vacations and unexpected absences are covered. Therefore, she is here to make sure every patient can get in, even when their therapist is off. Furthermore, Ali assures that we are meeting company metrics. In this role, she is responsible for making sure all needed clinical supplies and equipment are available, in working order. She has an innate ability to see breeches in safety, potential consequences and has a deep understanding of healthcare policy. All of these traits make her the perfect fit as our HIPAA & Compliance officer as part of this new role.
Director of Clinical Services
Ally Pearson PT, DPT is now the Director of Clinical Services. Ally follows a systematic, intuitive and thorough approach to patient care. Naturally, with her teaching style, she coaches her colleagues in ways that allow each individual’s talents and interests to flourish. Furthermore, she is tuned into what others need. This makes the team feel seen & heard in order to show up for work as their best selves every day. Ally is responsible for training & managing physical therapists, providing ongoing clinical enrichment for the clinic, and leading staff meetings. With the entire management team, she keeps everyone on task using her signature no-nonsense and practical approach.
By design, there is some overlap with these roles. This is so that there is always a go-to person when the other needs to take time off. Over time, we are excited to see how the business will continue to grow and flourish under their leadership.
