Print your Home Exercise Program on paper

Some patients do best with a printed home exercise program. The downside of this is that we are constantly tweaking your home program during your physical therapy episode, so you will need to re-print it any time we make changes for it to be accurate. With that said, if you need a printed copy, it works best to print from a desktop or laptop computer rather than a smartphone or tablet.

Click the printer icon at the top of your program.

Select how many exercises you wish to have on each page and either Portrait or Landscape layout. Then click PRINT.

If you don’t have a printer at home, please let us know, we are happy to print for you!
