Then bookmark it in your browser. Once you’ve done this, you can archive emails that you receive from us regarding updates to your home exercise program.
Print Your Home Exercise Program
Some patients do best with a printed home exercise program. The downside of this is that we are constantly tweaking your home program during your physical therapy episode. However, if you need to print it, it works best to print from a desktop or laptop computer rather than a smartphone or tablet.
Click the blue printer icon at the top left of your program. Then, you can select the format, and how many exercises you wish to have on each page. Find a layout that works best for you!
If you don’t have a printer at home, please let us know, we are happy to print it for you!
